PHASTRAN - Finite element model of conduction, convection, and phase
change

PHASTRAN analyzes the heat transfer and fluid flow of materials undergoing
phase change. To analyze thermal systems that undergo such phase changes
requires the simultaneous solution of the equations of conservation laws
of energy, momentum, and mass, as well as an equation of state. PHASTRAN
presents a numerical procedure for solving such equations. Written in APL2
for IBM PC series and compatibles running MS-DOS or OS/2. APL2 interpreter
required.
