Delrina Now Offers Technical Support for Products with Service for People
with Hearing Difficulties

Demonstrates TeleType Support System At Canadian Hearing Society's Mayfest

TORONTO, ONT -- May 5, 1995 -- Delrina Corporation (TSE:DC and
NASDAQ:DENAF), makers of the marketing leading PC fax software, WinFax,
today announced that it has installed a TeleType (TTY) system to provide
technical support for all its products to customers with hearing
difficulties. The company will demonstrate the TTY system at the Hearing
Awareness Mayfest, which runs today only at the Queen Elizabeth Building
at the CNE. Mayfest kicks off the month long campaign by the Canadian
Hearing Society to raise awareness for people with hearing difficulties.

Here is how the system works: The TTY system is totally automated on
incoming calls. The user calls Delrina+s TTY system from their own TTY
terminal and is prompted to enter their name, TTY number, product
registration number, and the product name. The user will be asked for a
one hour window the next day in which they can be called back. They are
also requested to provide a brief description of the technical problem
they are having with Delrina+s products. A trained Delrina TTY technician
will call the user the next business day at the time specified, and carry
on the support call interactively with the user through the TTY terminal.
The service, in English only, is available to any customer in the world
who has access to a teletype system. Delrina+s TTY number is (416)
446-8772.

As a part of the Mayfest promotion, Delrina has donated copies of some of
its award-winning software -- WinFax PRO, Delrina Fax PRO for Macintosh,
and PerForm for Windows -- to the Canadian Hearing Society to be placed
into the Mayfest Draw. In addition, the first two hundred visitors to
Delrina+s booth will also get an official Delrina Pen, and the company
will distribute one hundred free copies of its on-line communications
software WinComm LITE.

"The implementation of the TTY system is part of our on going commitment to
provide the best technical support service for our customers," said
William Jones, Senior Technical Advisor at Delrina. Earlier this year,
Delrina was honored with the STAR Award for its outstanding technical
support.
