HODstar Supporter, the full-featured Help Desk facility for OS/2, has been
upgraded to v1.03. Demos available on CompuServe's "OS2AVEN - Other
Vendors" library and from the HODstar BBS present these new features:

Full Call Printing and Reporting

Calls can be simultaneously printed in one or more report formats from the
Call List, Call Profile, from any active Queue Monitor, and from extremely
flexible reports. The reporting engine allows administrators complete
freedom in building common and ad hoc reports, selecting calls based on
static or dynamic (fuzzy search logic) criteria.

Calls can be printed to any OS/2-supported printer, fax device, or email
object. Users can also preview reports using the OS/2 Picture Viewer, save
reports to graphic files, and paste reports into other commercial
applications such as spreadsheets and wordprocessors.

Additional report formats will be made available to add support for
statistical businesss graphic representation.

Full Call Research

Support staff can dynamically search for calls based on static or dynamic
(fuzzy search logic) criteria for customer calls as they are placed.

The demo version is fully-functional, runs over DB2 or the built-in
database, and supports up to four online users at a time.
