Interactive Media Corporation Releases Special Delivery 2.1

Macintosh Multimedia Authoring Tool Upgraded with New Features
New Distribution Policy Requires no License or Royalty Fees

LOS ALTOS, Calif.--May 26, 1995--Interactive Media Corporation (IMC) today
announced the release of Special Delivery 2.1, a multimedia authoring tool
for mainstream Macintosh users. With the release of Special Delivery 1.0
over two years ago, IMC pioneered the use of multimedia authoring tools
that did not require scripting, timelines or flowcharts, thereby opening
multimedia creation to a broad new base of Macintosh users.

"Special Delivery 2.1 adds additional power and control to the strong
feature set provided in Special Delivery 2.0. Many of these new features
were requested by professional multimedia developers." said Roger
Badertscher, president of IMC. "With Special Delivery 2.1 we have been
able to add significant new functionality and at the same time simplify
the overall authoring task."

Special Delivery 2.1 expands on the premise that powerful interactive
multimedia can be created without scripting, timelines or flowcharts. It
features a unique, patented graphical user interface that enables users to
employ an extensive set of interactive capabilities, without having to
deal with programming or scripting complexities.

New Features in Special Delivery 2.1

Some of the new features in Special Delivery 2.1 include:

* The ability to create rollover buttons that are highlighted as the
  cursor is moved over them
* The ability to create background soundtracks that play continuously
throughout a presentation. These soundtracks can include all major
Mac sound formats, including Midi QuickTime tracks.
* Additional professional quality transitions including rapid
  dissolves and other special effects.
* Additional button commands that provide for automatic highlighting
of active regions of the screen.

New Licensing Policy on Title Distribution

* Projects created with Special Delivery 2.1 can be distributed on any
medium, including floppy disks, CD-ROM, removable medium and hard
drives with no royalty or license fees for the Special Delivery 2.1
player, which is included with the new release.

Price and Availability

Special Delivery 2.1 sells for $399.00 and is available immediately from
IMC. Current owners of version 2.0 will be sent upgrades at no charge.
Owners of Special Delivery 1.1 can upgrade for $200.00 until August 1,
1995.
