SAN DIEGO, California, April, 1995 -- Odyssey Computing, Inc. announced
On-Schedule for Windows v2.0, the latest version of the hottest
Information and Contact Manager.  On-Schedule version 2.0 includes a
complete new interface which includes Tabbed dialogs, view sensitive and
customizable toolbars, toolbar ToolTips, context sensitive Right Mouse
menus, etc.  This new version also supports Word 6.0, WordPerfect 6.0/6.1,
and AmiPro 3.1.  Other improvements include multiple private and shared
Calendars and a completely new database engine using the Paradox for
Windows v5.0 file format.  On-Schedule for Windows uses advanced Windows
features including multiple selection, record tagging, animated icons
toolbars, Multiple Document Interface (MDI), drag and drop, bitmaps data
fields, user definable fields in most views, persistence, graphical report
generator, and more.  In addition, Odyssey Computing, Inc. has announced
OSAPI 2.0 (On-Schedule API).  OSAPI allows Visual Basic, Paradox for
Windows, and C/C++ programmers to access much of the On-Schedule
functionality with very little programming effort.

On-Schedule for Windows can do it all - with contact management, phone log

WordPerfect 6.0/6.1, AmiPro 3.01/3.1, Excel, Paradox for Windows, FaxWorks
PRO, WinFax Pro, Eclipse FAX, Notify!, and others.

On-Schedule for Windows is a powerful and complete Information and Contact
Management System behind a pleasingly simple interface.  It provides you
with a flexible environment which allows you to customize and view your

On-schedule provides 6 modules to enhance productivity.  The software
provides powerful contact management with phone log tracking, scheduling,
alerts, to-do list manager, document management, auto-dialer, WYSIWYG word
processor, and a WYSIWYG report generator.

Phone Book

Users can track an unlimited number of contacts and create virtually
unlimited contact databases.  Each database is displayed as a folder and
therefore easily accessible.  Each contact has support for multiple
addresses, phone and fax numbers.  Users can attach 32,000 characters of
notes per contact.  Users can highlight one or more contacts, select a
file and then mail merge using On-Schedule's word processor, Microsoft
Word for Windows, AmiPro or WordPerfect for Windows.  Click on the
property menu and view a complete history of the selected contact.  Users
can dial any contact and keep track of detailed conversations.  In
addition, each call can be recorded as a billable item.  Users may also
attach or link any item from another facility to a contact.

Calendar

Users can view and print appointments daily, weekly, or monthly and can
create multiple private and shared Calendars.  Users can look at any
number of calendar views such as daily, weekly, monthly and yearly views. 
Recurring events can be easily scheduled.  The program will automatically
check for schedule conflicts and allows overlapping of events.  Users can
reschedule appointments using drag and drop and set a reminder with event
information already filled-in.  Users can attach 32,000 characters of
notes to each appointment.

To-Do List

Users can prioritize tasks with three levels of priority. Users can delete
completed tasks with one mouse click.  
Overdue tasks will roll automatically to the next day.  Users can create
multiple to-do lists and view all of them at once.  Users can attach
32,000 characters of notes to each to-do.  In Progress, Completed, or
Overdue status is shown as an icon in the list viewer providing visual
feedback.

Phone Log

Users can keep track of Outgoing and Incoming calls.  The modeless Call Log
dialog box lets the user access any other information in On-Schedule
during the phone call making On-Schedule even more unique.

Word Processor

The WYSIWYG word processor provides sophisticated editing features such as
fonts, colors, styles, toolbars, and ruler support.  Users can import
ASCII and RTF files.

Document Manager

Users can launch and log external documents such as Microsoft Word for
Windows or Microsoft Excel for Windows documents from/into On-Schedule. 
Users can keep track of their documents using detailed file descriptions. 
Users can drag and drop any file(s) from the Windows File Manager into
On-Schedule for Windows to automatically log an entire directory.  Users
can highlight a file from the document management facility and send the
file to a co-worker on the network using MAPI or VIM compliant Email
systems.

Reminders

Users can set audio or visual alarms to remind themselves of meetings. 
Snooze all reminders at once or one at a time.  Users can receive a
notification upon program start-up or from others application.

On-Schedule for Windows retails for $99.95 (Target shelf price: $49.95) and
is now available through all major retailers.  A 32-Bit version and a
workgroup version of On-Schedule for Windows will be available 3rd quarter
of 1995.
