Trinzic Corporation Ships InfoPump for the Microsoft Windows NT Platform

Trinzic joins Microsoft Solution Provider Program

Redwood City, Calif.. May 1. 1995--Trinzic Corporation (NASDAQ: TRNZ) today
announced that the Company will begin shipments of its popular InfoPump
database replication and routing software for the high-growth, Microsoft
Windows/NT operating environment.

"Users of the new InfoPump 1.2 for NT will benefit from the better
performance provided by a powerful 32-bit operating system," said
Frederick W. Rook, Ph.D., Vice President and General Manager of Trinzic's
Data Access and Connectivity Products Group. "In addition, support of the
Windows NT environment makes it possible for users to run InfoPump on
scalable hardware platforms, enabling performance upgrades as needed. We
expect to see our customers build applications that can move two to three
times the amount of data currently moved by InfoPump 1.1."

Microsoft Solution Provider Program

Trinzic's new affiliation with the Microsoft Solution Provider Program will
soon enable Trinzic to offer Microsoft SQL Server with InfoPump which will
make it easier for customers to implement their data replication
applications faster. InfoPump provides facilities for replicating data
from one data source to another allowing information to flow throughout an
organization. InfoPump allows integration of data from Microsoft SQL
Server, Sybase SQL Server, Oracle, Lotus Notes and others.

"InfoPump is an important addition to the growing list of products running
on the Windows/NT platform and using the Microsoft SQL Server RDBMS," said
Pieter Knook, General Manager of the Enterprise Customer Unit at
Microsoft. "InfoPump is very consistent with the overall Microsoft Back
Office strategy which works toward an integrated environment where many
kinds of data are shared in an enterprise. Users need to connect disparate
data sources, and InfoPump's capability to bring that data together is a
real plus."

About InfoPump

Introduced in 1993, Trinzic's InfoPump software is the first server-based
tool to replicate data between heterogeneous data sources including
Microsoft SQL Server, Sybase SQL Server, Oracle, Lotus Notes, IBM AS/400
and others. InfoPump replicates host data on servers for end-user access
and facilitates the sharing of data between sources such as Lotus Notes or
AS/400 and transaction-oriented RDBMSs. InfoPump is programmable to allow
data to be delivered in the user's preferred format. InfoPump also allows
data movement to be scheduled so that needed information is automatically
delivered to the target database.

Pricing and Availability

InfoPump 1.2 for Windows NT will be available in mid-May at an average
licensing fee of $25,000 per unit for standard configurations.
