NOVELL AND AGE LOGIC SIGN TECHNOLOGY LICENSING AGREEMENT
AGE to license its industry-proven PC-based X Server Technology

San Diego, CA, June 14, 1995 - AGE Logic, Inc. announced today its
technology licensing agreement with Novell, Inc. of Provo, UT. Under the
terms of the agreement, AGE is providing Novell with its industry-proven
PC X server technology as part of Novell's newest version of LAN
Workplace, version 5.0, announced earlier this month.

According to Brian Meek, senior manager of technical marketing for Novell's
advanced applications division, adding XoftWare(r) to LAN Workplace
significantly strengthens Novell's newest product offering. "Novell is
committed to providing its customers with comprehensive networking and
communications tools for integrating their PC and enterprise networks,"
Meek says. "Adding AGE's superior technology in conjunction with their
industry expertise enables us to offer added flexibility and functionality
within our premier TCP/IP communications package."

Peter J. Shaw, president and chief executive officer of AGE Logic explains,
"This exciting partnership will provide the Novell customer base with
reliable, industry-proven PC-to-Unix connectivity. We are pleased to work
with Novell in providing their customers with our PC X server
technology."

Over the last year AGE has signed strategic alliance and OEM agreements
with Apple Computer; SunSoft, Inc.; Allied Telesis (Japan); and now,
Novell, Inc. This latest agreement firmly solidifies AGE's position as the
