Sales of The Internet for Everybody Pass 100,000 Mark

FRAMINGHAM, Mass -- (June 23, 1995) -- CD Solutions, Inc, publisher of The
Internet for Everybody, an instructional CD-ROM that introduces the
Internet to novice users, today announced that sales of the product has
reached 110,000 units since its introduction five months ago.

Named a "best seller" by CD-ROM Warehouse, and one of the "top moving
titles" of Tiger Direct, sales of The Internet for Everybody reflect the
need for accessible instruction on using the Internet, according to CD
Solutions President Paul H Earl.

"The Internet is here to stay, as evidenced by the scores of millions of
people who use it," said Earl. "The problem is newcomers don't know how to
get started. The Internet for Everybody helps solve that problem."

Using an informal approach, The Internet for Everybody enables users to
"explore" the Internet without actually logging on by providing more than
two hours of "how-to" video instruction, help screens, tables, a glossary,
and interactive menus for exploring the material.

Among the online Internet environments demonstrated in the disc are the
most popular applications, including World Wide Web, WAIS, Gopher, and
Lynx, as well as electronic mail.

Users of The Internet for Everybody also get a chance to participate in a
twice-a-year sweepstakes. The most recent prizes were awarded this month,
with the grand prize--a $500 gift certificate to the computer retail store
of your choice--going to Joel Norman, of Warren, New Jersey There were
nine second prize and 25 third prize winners from around the country.

Link-Up called The Internet for Everybody "an entertaining CD-ROM on how to
successfully use the Internet."

CD-ROM Today said The Internet for Everybody "does a thorough job of
presenting its well defined domain of information."

The Information Intelligence Online Newsletter cited the product as "a
finely crafted interactive CD-ROM that offers a real alternative learning
approach."

Computer Edge said "If you've never experienced the Internet, or perhaps
even being online, then you'll probably find this CD a good introduction
to the wonders of cyberspace."

The Internet for Everybody retails for $49.95 and is available at software
stores, through most major computer catalogs, or directly from CD
Solutions by calling (800) 285-3821.

CD Solutions, Inc, the electronic media and database marketing unit of the
