Delrina Ships WinFax Scanner

Market Analysts Expect Product to be One of the Best Selling Scanning
Solutions of 1995

SAN JOSE, CA and TORONTO, ONT -- June 12, 1995 -- Delrina Corporation
(NASDAQ:DENAF, TSE:DC) today shipped WinFax Scanner -- the first complete
PC alternative to the fax machine. Targeting the small office and
home-office markets as well as current enterprise users of WinFax,
Delrina's scanning solution provides everything needed to send faxes
through a PC -- except a modem.

The WinFax Scanner is based on Fujitsu scanning technology and Delrina's
WinFax PRO software, and responds to the strong demand among its customers
to be able to fax documents that are not already in their PCs. It is a
sheet-fed unit with a ten-page document feeder that automatically scans up
to six pages, from business card to legal size, per minute. When used in
combination with a printer, the scanner also offers copying capability.

According to market research firm BIS Strategic Decisions, the WinFax
Scanner will become one of the best selling scanning solutions of 1995.
"Delrina's announcement will have a significant impact on the scanning,
fax machine, and fax software markets," said Kristy Holch, director
scanning market strategies at BIS. "All will face competition from this
new powerhouse bundle.... Delrina could single-handedly change the
personal scanning market overnight.... This Delrina solution offers
arguably the best price/performance for consumers in the market today."

Testers of pre-production versions of the WinFax Scanner are also excited
about Delrina's new product:

* Jim Gunn with Sterling Consulting, an information systems firm in Salt
Lake City, Utah, thinks the scanner finally closes the loop on the "lowly
fax modem" and provides new functionality on the desktop. "This goes
beyond faxing paper documents. Delrina's scanner adds paper handling
capabilities people never had before on their computer."

* Jack Pincus with Biotechnology Strategies, a business development
consultant in Lansing, Michigan, uses the scanner's copying function
instead of running to his local copy shop. "This is great if you need to
make a couple of copies. The product works reliably and well with WinFax
PRO."

* Paul Schooley with Doneen Sales Ltd., a pool and spa business based in
Fort Erie, Ontario, uses the scanner to do more with WinFax PRO. "The
scanner is very multi-functional allowing me to easily edit my paper
documents and add photos to my faxes. The WinFax folders allow me to file
my scanned documents for later re-use."

The Delrina WinFax Scanner is expected to be street priced at US$299 (Cdn
$399) and is now available through mail order, independent retailers and
national chains throughout U.S. and Canada. Existing Delrina customers can
also purchase the scanner direct from the Company.
