Delrina and Black's Photography Announce Software Marketing/Distribution
Agreement

Digital photography comes home with Black's scanning service and Delrina's
Echo Lake multimedia family album software

TORONTO, ONT -- June 19, 1995 -- Delrina Corporation (NASDAQ:DENAF,
TSE:DC), and Black Photo Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fuji
Photo Film, and Canada's largest film service photography company, today
announced a Canada-wide marketing and distribution agreement. Believed to
be the first deal of its type involving a software publisher and a
photo-finishing chain, Delrina's new Echo Lake multimedia family album
software for Windows is available immediately at more than 190 Black's
stores throughout Canada.

Black's has recently introduced a scanning service allowing customers to
transfer photos, negatives or slides to computer disk or CD, for use in
many computer applications, including screen savers and programs such as
Echo Lake. Delrina is currently including a coupon for Black's scanning
service with each copy of Echo Lake sold in Canada. Both companies
recognize as the home computer becomes more prevalent, and digital
technology more affordable, customers will be looking for software and
services that truly make the home computer compelling and fun for the
whole family.

Delrina is aggressively supporting the Canadian launch with a multi-faceted
marketing campaign which includes: in-store demonstrations at major
Black's locations; product videos; and free interactive demo disks. Echo
Lake will also be featured in a Black's national advertising program that
is expected to reach more than two million households.

"We are very excited about this partnership with Delrina," says Rod Smith,
Black's president. "We see Black's not as just a photo store, but as a
memories store. We recognize that technology is changing and that
computers offer a whole new realm of possibilities for capturing and
preserving images and memories."

"This is an incredible opportunity to distribute our new consumer software
product which has definite mass-market appeal," comments Mark Skapinker,
president of Delrina. "Both our companies have recognized that the
capturing and sharing of our immediate family experiences are important to
consumers. We anticipate great success with this joint effort in the
Canadian market, and we will seek to replicate this strategy elsewhere."

About Echo Lake

Echo Lake uses multimedia technology to enable people to record their
personal and family stories. It's intuitive design makes 'story-telling'
on the computer truly engaging. For example, users can take a photograph
which has been digitized using Black's scanning service, and make it come
to life.

A photo on disk or CD can be easily imported into Echo Lake and then
improved by sizing, framing or cropping the image. To enhance the photo,
and the memories behind it, users can add then add text, sound and voice,
labels, clip art, and other scanned images to create family stories on any
subject. Video clips can also be added, if desired, using video capture
technology. Stories can be beautifully printed in a book format, or copied
to diskette as a read-only version that can be given to family and
friends.

Echo Lake is available for Windows 3.1 or higher. The minimum requirements
include a 386 processor with 4MB RAM, (486 with 8MB RAM recommended) and a
VGA display with 256 colours or better. A sound card is also recommended.

Black's will retail Echo Lake for $69.99 (Cdn) in the diskette version and
$79.99 (Cdn) in CD ROM version.
