FWB Provides Full Support for Power Macintosh 9500

Menlo Park, CA - June 19, 1994 - FWB, Inc., manufacturer of the Hammer
brand of high performance mass storage products, today announced full
compatibility of FWB's hardware and software products with the new Power
Macintosh 9500 from Apple Computer Inc. Also announced today the entire
line of award winning Hammer storage subsystems can now be used with the
new Power Macintosh 9500 which incorporated the industry standard PCI
bus.

FWB Hardware

All of FWB's currently shipping disk arrays, tape, hard disk, optical,
CD-ROM, CD Writer and removable media products are compliant with the
Power Macintosh 9500. In addition, FWB's entire line of award winning mass
storage products remain compatible with all existing 68K-based Macintosh
computer systems with or without NuBus (from the Mac Plus to current
models) and all existing NuBus-based Power Macintosh systems.

FWB Software

FWB's award-winning disk management software, Hard Disk ToolKit (HDT), Hard
Disk ToolKit-Personal Edition (HDT-PE), RAID ToolKit (RTK) and CD-ROM
ToolKit (CDT), are native for the Power Macintosh computer taking full
advantage of the PowerPC's superior speed. Each of FWB's software
applications can be used on either 68K or PowerPC-based Macintosh
computers from the Macintosh Plus to the new Power Macintosh 9500.
