INTERGRAPH INTRODUCES WINDOWS NT-BASED WEB SERVER 10

Atlanta, Ga., June 6, 1995 -- Intergraph Computer Systems announced the Web
Server 10 here today at the A/E/C Systems trade show. The Web Server 10 is
the industry's first Microsoft Windows NT-based Internet server. A
complete system, the Web Server comes preloaded with all the hardware and
software needed to establish a company's presence on the Internet's
WorldWide Web. (A dedicated network connection is required.)

The complete Internet-ready Web Server 10 package consists of a
Pentium-based Intergraph TD-10 personal workstation, enhanced with the
following features:

* 16 megabytes of memory to optimize the performance of Windows NT
* 540-megabyte system drive
* HTML authoring software
* Netscape Communications Server software for Windows NT
* Windows NT operating system
* Three-year warranty (first year on-site)

A user's choice of monitors, additional disk drives, tape backup, and
expansion cabinets can be added to this package. Additionally, as part of
Intergraph's worldwide service and support capabilities, consulting
services are available to assist users in setting up the Web Server 10.

The Web Server 10 includes sophisticated tools -- such as Netscape
Communications Server software -- for creating and quickly getting a
variety of documents on the Web.

"We realize that there are a growing number of professionals around the
world who cruise the Web daily," said Wade Patterson, vice president of
Intergraph Computer Systems. "Today's businesses can't afford not to have
an Internet presence. The Internet provides a fast and cost-efficient way
to communicate with customers and potential clients, as well as a
company's own employees."

"Advertisements, multimedia marketing material, product documentation, news
bulletins, product updates, and other company information can be placed
and updated on the Web instantly. Web communication even saves companies
and their customers time and money by reducing support calls and paper
document production," said Patterson.

Patterson added that Intergraph Computer Systems chose Windows NT for the
Web Server over UNIX, because UNIX-based systems are expensive and
complex.

Windows NT is reliable, secure, and easy to use, and it maintains fast
performance, even in times of heavy Internet traffic. Also, the Netscape
Communications Server software and popular Windows office tools run side
by side on a single desktop system, leveraging user investments. And users
who have existing files created with Microsoft office tools can transfer
material to the Web simply by clicking and dragging an icon.

Other features that maximize the Web Server's performance include standard
TD-10 components such as a 75-megahertz Pentium CPU, 512-kilobyte,
zero-wait-state cache, high-capacity Fast SCSI- 2 input/output subsystem,
and PCI bus technology.

The TD-10's integrated multimedia features (graphics and 16- bit sound
implemented on the system motherboard and speakers, microphone, and volume
control built into the keyboard) complement the multimedia capabilities of
the Netscape Communications Server software, enabling users to create
impressive multimedia documents for the Web. They can also design a
professional-quality Web home page.

As an additional purchase, the Intergraph Web Server Startup Service is
available to customers on-site. This service is designed to assist
customers with identifying appropriate server- to-network connection
strategies, installing the server system, listing a web site with online
service directories, administering the web server, and developing
web-based information.

Available in mid July, the Intergraph Web Server 10 is offered in two
configurations, a basic Web Server for $3,995 and a Web Server with a
quad-speed CD-ROM reader and 14-inch monitor for $4,495. The Intergraph
Web Server will be available through the Intergraph Computer Systems
hotline at 1-800-763-0242 or Intergraph's web site
(www.intergraph.com/webserver).
