MONEYSOFT INTRODUCES BUDGETPC FINANCIAL FORECASTING AND BUSINESS PLANNING
SOFTWARE

New Product Rounds Out Series Of Six Management Programs From MoneySoft

PHOENIX, Ariz., June 12, 1995 -- MoneySoft, Inc. introduced BudgetPC, a new
software program designed to help organize, analyze and forecast up to
five years of a company's future financial position. BudgetPC is simple
yet sophisticated, allowing companies to quickly generate professional
quality projected financial statements within a fraction of the time
normally required for this complex task.

The newest MoneySoft product rounds out a series of six management software
systems developed to help corporate financial officers, consultants and
business owners more effectively direct their enterprise. With these
systems, users can efficiently complete sophisticated financial analysis
in a standard, professional format.

"Software programs were originally designed as productivity tools and
utilities, which allowed PC users to complete repetitive tasks more
efficiently," said Robert B. Machiz, president of MoneySoft. "Our products
are representative of a new era in management software, in which people
with industry experience are taking that knowledge and embedding it in
software, allowing users to interact with that knowledge to make more
effective decisions."

With the flexible account-by-account growth options offered in BudgetPC,
companies can control every component of its projected income statements,
balance sheets and cash flow statements. BudgetPC's chart of accounts and
financial statement structure provides enough detail for virtually any
size or type of company. After entering (or importing) one to five years
of historic financial statements and annualizing any interim period,
BudgetPC guides corporate users, step-by-step through the monthly and
annual forecasting assumptions.

In addition, BudgetPC's projection summary helps users quickly review
financial results by highlighting important areas such as total sales, net
income, total assets, total liabilities and net cash flow. Key financial
ratios including current ratio, quick ration, net income percentage,
return on equity and debt to equity are calculated for each month and
year. BudgetPC also automatically calculates the present value of
projected earnings and cash flows to determine the real value of future
incomes.

Available immediately, BudgetPC features an introductory price of $99
through the end of August 1995. Normal list price is $149. System
requirements include 1.5MB hard disk space and 640K RAM. Orders may be
placed with the MoneySoft sales department at 800-966-7797.
