PACIFIC INTERNET LAUNCHED AS NATION'S FIRST SINGLE SOURCE SUPPLIER OF
INTERNET PRODUCTS, SERVICES

NEW COMPANY TO DELIVER INTERNET ACCESS HARDWARE, SOFTWARE, SPECIALIZED
INTEGRATION, TRAINING AND ELECTRONIC COMMERCE SERVICES

May 31, 1995 -- CULVER CITY, Calif. -- Pacific Internet, a diversified
supplier of products and services aimed at the burgeoning electronic
commerce and communications marketplace, has been launched to provide
businesses with a single source through which to locate Internet hardware,
software and services. Officially organized late last year, Pacific
Internet is now servicing the entire U.S. market -with plans for expansion
internationally in the near future.

At the heart of Pacific Internet's new venture is a commitment to the
increasingly recognized concept of "electronic commerce." The company
already employs both traditional and on-line methods for product sales and
marketing. In addition to the recent unveiling of PacNetWeb
(http://www.pacnet.com) -- Pacific Internet's WorldWideWeb page on the
Internet which provides up-to-date product and ordering information -- the
company has launched a quarterly direct-mail catalog service, and now
sells software on-line coast-to-coast.

To date, nearly two dozen key industry partnerships have been established
allowing Pacific Internet to provide users with leading products,
including the Netra Internet Server (Sun Microsystems), Explore OnNet (FTP
Software), Internet Chameleon (NetManage), Morning Star Express Router
(Morning Star Technologies), SuperHighway Access (Frontier Technologies),
TCP/Connect - II (Intercon), Eudora (Qualcomm), eXceed (Hummingbird
Communications), HoTMetaLPro (SoftQuad) and Firewall-1 (Checkpoint
Software Technologies) -- to name a few.

Beyond the well-supported resale of several hundred Internet-related
computer products already within the company's line, Pacific Internet will
announce its own brand of turnkey Internet access and service provider
solutions within the next 30 days, for businesses interested in
controlling their own "I-Way" travel plans.

Pacific Internet's recently recruited management team -- with nearly 100
years of collective computer product sales, marketing and distribution
experience -- is led by founder and chief executive Garry S. Hipsher.

"We have assembled the best team and Internet-oriented products possible,"
explained Hipsher, a veteran computer product distributor entrusted for
years with the resale of many of the industry's leading software and
hardware offerings . "Our staff's experience in high-volume sales and
marketing, coupled with expert technical talent and industry affiliations
provide us with unparalleled skills that greatly benefit our vendors and
customers. We are equipped to ride the 'highway' in high-gear," he said.

While many computer resellers offer various pieces of the Internet puzzle,
Hipsher noted that there has never before been a "one-stop" provider able
to deliver the hardware necessary to access what many believe is the
beginning of the highly-touted "information superhighway," all the
necessary software for hundreds of new on-line applications, and the
service, training and technical expertise to help end-users succeed in
"cyberspace."

Sometimes known as the "Information Superhighway," the Internet is
considered by industry leaders to be the most dynamic growth sector of the
computing community. Already connecting tens of millions of computers of
all platforms and architectures, the Internet -- coupled with its
electronic publishing component, the World Wide Web -- in the words of a
major business journal, promises to "wipe out technical and geographic
hurdles that have been holding back the Information Revolution." The
Internet, said the same journal is now "the center of the computing
universe."

Founded in 1994, Pacific Internet employs 20 and operates a ten-thousand
square foot sales, marketing and warehouse facility located in the Los
Angeles-area. It currently lists for resale nearly 600 Internet and online
communications-oriented computer products, UNIX server and security
solutions, content authoring tools and training/educational products, as
well as providing consulting and integration services.
