BOLD NEW GLOBAL ON-LINE VENTURE FROM ITALY OFFERS A WORLD OF SERVICES IN
THE LANGUAGE AND SPIRIT OF EACH CONTINENT

Italian Media Visionary Nicola Grauso's VIDEO ON LINE: Worldwide Door for
Local On-line Services Translated into Each Nation's Language and Culture

New York, NY -- May, 1995 -- A dramatic multi-media demonstration,
discussion and dinner will introduce Europe's fastest-growing on-line
service, Video On Line, to U.S. business executives, cyberspace
cognoscenti and the national media on June 7th at The Asia Society in New
York City.

The creation of The Grauso Group, one of Italy's leading media forces,
Video On Line is a new interactive service that provides an international
"golden gateway" between the U.S., Europe and the rest of the world.
Offering easy access to a host of on-line services, such as research and
shopping, as well as a ramp to the Internet, Video On Line already allows
up to one million subscribers the ability to communicate in local
languages via powerful two megabit per second lines from New York and
Washington, D.C., to Italy, Moscow, Shanghai, Tunisia, Nice, Barcelona and
Johannesburg.

Until recently, most Internet and on-line services were dedicated to a
single language, English. Video On Line is the first to provide U.S.-based
Asian-Americans, Europeans and other ethnic groups with roots outside the
US, the ability to access information and to "surf" in the language of
their native lands. For Americans with friends and family in other
nations, this multi-ethnic, multilingual service is intended to give
on-line services a new relevance and level of involvement. For those
operating in the business world, Video On Line offers the ability to reach
new international markets and sources of information.

Video On Line, the only European access provider to offer such powerful
connectivity between the U.S., eastern and western Europe, the Middle East
and Africa, is currently the fastest and most powerful multi-cultural
on-line link.

Video On Line currently provides the largest Internet servers in Europe,
fielding 150,000 connections per day, quickly expanding to reach new areas
of the world--including currently under-served emerging markets in Africa,
The Middle East and Asia.

Nicola Grauso, the 48 year-old Italian media entrepreneur and owner of a
number of leading Italian and Polish newspapers, radio and television
properties, has expanded his publishing empire beyond traditional print
and electronic media. His first foray into cyberspace occurred last
summer, when Dutch systems manager Reinier Van Kleij placed the daily
newspaper, L'Unione Sarda, one of Italy's longest-standing papers, on the
Internet in a hypertext version. The venture was quickly recognized as the
one of Europe's most exciting advancements in the world of electronic
publishing.

Within a few months, Grauso and his staff had conceived a far more
ambitious business plan, Video On Line. Using leased high-capacity fiber
optic lines that connect Cagliari, the capital of Sardinia, to New York,
Washington, DC and major cities throughout Europe, Video On Line promises
to be the first truly global, multi-cultural on-line superhighway.

Grauso has already invested millions of dollars in the creation of Video On
Line. He is currently introducing it to markets throughout the world via a
31-city global introductory tour from April through June. In the process,
he hopes to form strategic alliances with local partners who, in tapping
Video On Line's international network, will create local on-line services
and provide additional content for the on-line system.

In addition to its Internet access, Video On Line will provide subscribers
with exclusive access to a variety of on line services, including catalogs
of books and CDs, shopping and travel services and even a real estate
buying and selling service. With connections already in place from
Cagliari to the U.S., Moscow, Shanghai, Tunisia, Nice, Barcelona and
Johannesburg, and with additional connections completed daily, Video On
Line is well on its way to fulfilling Grauso's vision of providing a
unique on-line service that contributes the uniting of the world's
cultures.

Grauso has a breadth of successful experience when it comes to charting new
media ventures. He helped end Italy's state broadcast monopoly by founding
"Radiolina" and "Videolina" in the 1970's. He also founded Poland's first
television stations after the fall of Communism, and his Sardinian
printing plant is the largest--and one of the most modern--in Europe.

According to Marco E. Graziano, chief executive of California-based
software maker Teknema, Inc., "Video On Line is the first major on-line
service to build its Internet business from the inside-out." As part of
its search for new alliances, Video On Line will license the browser
software of Teknema, Inc.

Video On Line is the brainchild of Nicola Grauso and the Grauso Group. In
addition to New York, the 31 - city World Tour to introduce the service
includes conferences in Athens, Amman, Moscow, Jakarta and Shanghai.
