Bytech Introduces Visual Forms/PCL for Windows

-The Only Way to Design and Integrate Forms for Windows & DOS Apps-

Pomona, NY - April 17, 1995 - Bytech Business Systems, Inc., announces the
release of Visual Forms. This revolutionary new product allows users to
print both form and data together on laser printers. Programmers no longer
have to hard code escape codes or modify software designed for end users.

Visual Forms generates a Printer Control Language (PCL) file containing the
escape codes for the laser printer. The totally portable files have no
overhead or control codes to get in the way. This results in small files
and fast printing. Visual Forms eliminates the learning curve, so users
can begin creating medical, tax, government, real estate, banking, legal,
most any form in just five minutes. It's simply the quickest and easiest
way to create complex forms to be integrated into Windows and DOS
applications. Integration is completely transparent to the end user.

"We have come across a significant number of programmers looking to
integrate their forms into Windows and DOS apps and avoid writing escape
code to print them," says Renee Becker, President of Bytech. "Visual Forms
will allow programmers to accomplish that task quickly, or they can waste
weeks writing code themselves."

Visual Forms comes with six fonts and also provides many powerful features,
such as:

* Drag, drop, and duplicate one or more objects with the click
  of a mouse.
* Set type flush left, flush right, centered or fully justified.
* Import OCR and ASCII text files.
* Paste PCX files (B/W only) into a form.
* Position objects to .0033 of an inch, to the nearest dot.
* Create sections of a form and merge into main form.
* Align one or more object to an anchor object automatically.
* Enlarge/reduce lines and boxes a dot at a time on the screen.
* Embed fonts and/or macro IDs into forms.
* Add a reset command, form feed, compressed graphics or code
string at the beginning of the PCL file.

Visual Forms supports PCL4, PCL5, Hewlett-Packard or compatible laser
printers.

The product retails for $249.00 and requires Windows 3.1 or higher. Bytech
