Trinzic Corporation and Unisys Corporation Form Worldwide Joint Marketing
Agreement for Data Warehouse and Decision Support Solutions

Redwood City, California, June 29. 1995--Trinzic Corporation (NASDAQ:TRNZ)
and Unisys Corporation today announced a worldwide, joint marketing
agreement. Under the terms of the agreement, Unisys and Trinzic will
promote and deliver comprehensive, client/server data warehouse and
decision support solutions. The alliance leverages Trinzic' s data access
and connectivity products, Forest & Trees, InfoHub and InfoPump, with the
Unisys Open Parallel Unisys Server (OPUS), symmetric multiprocessor (SMP)
platforms.

"The agreement between Trinzic and Unisys will allow companies to reap the
benefits of Unisys OPUS and SMP solutions for data warehousing,
supplemented and supported by Trinzic's suite of data access and
connectivity tools," said Trinzic' s Vice President of Business
Development Deborah Goslin.

its extensive background with decision support systems and the fact that
they have been on the cutting-edge of data warehouse technology," said
