UNISYS ANNOUNCES ORGANIZATIONAL REALIGNMENT TO FOCUS SALES AND SERVICES
EFFORTS

BLUE BELL, PA, JULY 20, 1995 -- Unisys Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
James Unruh today announced an organizational realignment to further focus
the companys efforts on key sales, services and vertical industry
marketing programs. Under the new structure, Unisys will operate under
four major business groups -- Sales & Marketing, Information Services,
Global Customer Services and Computer Systems. Each group will report to
Unruh.

The steps we are announcing today will provide the clear delineation of
responsibility and focus necessary to drive the business forward and
further establish Unisys as a premier information management company, said
Unruh.

While our strategic direction is right, I am not satisfied with this year's
progress. We clearly must improve our efforts to deliver the kind of
results we are capable of delivering. The creation of dedicated business
units focused on geographic execution of sales and marketing, information
services and solutions, and customer support -- in addition to our
technology and product group -- provide the right organizational focus for
moving forward, Unruh said.

Unisys said the Sales & Marketing Group includes the companys five
geographic sales divisions and the commercial marketing organization. The
group will draw on the broad services, technology and vertical market
resources of the company to sell information management solutions to
customers around the world.Dewaine Osman, a 30-year Unisys veteran, has
been appointed president of Sales & Marketing. Osman brings a wealth of
line management experience to the position, having previously served as
general manager of Unisys U.S. marketing, sales and service business, and
later president of the companys Communications and Network Group.

The Information Services Group includes the companys Worldwide Information
Services business unit and five vertical line of business marketing
organizations. The group will focus its efforts on developing
comprehensive information services programs as well as developing fully
integrated "best-of-breed" information management solutions for specific
vertical industries. The Information Services Group will be the primary
service and solution resource for the sales organization, complementing
the offerings of Unisys technology and product arm, the Computer Systems
Group. The Information Services Group will be led directly by Unruh until
a new president for the group is named.

As part of the organizational realignment, Unisys said that the Global
Customer Services organization, headed by President Gerald A. Gagliardi,
will now report directly to Unruh. The elevation of the existing
organization recognizes the significant global demand for, and the rapid
growth the company has experienced in providing multi-vendor network
integration and desktop services to business and government worldwide. The
group also serves as the companys provider of maintenance support for both
Unisys and non-Unisys systems.

The Computer Systems Group, reporting to Unruh, will continue to be headed
by its president, Alan Lutz.

In addition to the four business groups, the Federal Systems Division and
the Corporate Staffs unit will continue to report to Unruh.

Unruh also announced that Stephen Carns, president of the former
Information Services and Systems Group and executive vice president of
Unisys, is leaving the company. In announcing Carns departure, Unruh cited
a requirement to improve the execution of the companys strategy and the
need for more hands-on management of the sales and services operations of
the company.
