GAMES

- New Brand Of Racing Simulation, Strategy & Sports Management -

ALAMEDA, Calif., September 11, 1995 -- Spectrum HoloByte (NASDAQ: SBYT) a
leading interactive entertainment company, announced today the
introduction of World Circuit Racing, a new brand of racing simulation,
strategy and sports management computer games for use on the PC CD-ROM
computer format.

Grand Prix II Puts You In The Driver's Seat

The first World Circuit Racing product, Grand Prix II, brings the
adrenaline-pumping thrills of racing into the hands of players as they
control the car around top Formula One circuits. Put in some practice laps
and qualify for a race. Even qualifying delivers the pressure of trying to
get that elusive, smooth, fast lap in pursuit of prime pole position.

Licensed by FIA Formula One, Grand Prix II features full replays, pitching,
rolling, tilting and a wide range of camera angles. Texture-mapping and
light-sourcing create a highly realistic track, complete with sponsors,
buildings and landscapes. All 16 circuits from the 1994 racing season are
created with incredible accuracy, detail and 3-D effects for those
dangerous blowups, punctures, sand traps and treacherous weather
conditions.

Get Behind the Scenes With Grand Prix Manager

Grand Prix Manager is a Windows-based strategy and sports management game
based on building and managing a Formula One racing team. From negotiating
for the best drivers and engines to raising sponsorship funds and calling
the shots at trackside, players are directly in the thick of auto racing's
heady fumes.

Licensed by the FIA, this game lets players design their car from scratch
-- including engine, brakes, suspension and chassis design. Players are
also involved in the testing, research, racing and even the politics of
auto racing, where racing news and rumors run rampant.
