INTECOLOR ANNOUNCES FIRST 29" INDUSTRIAL COMPUTER MONITOR

September 22, 1995 -- DULUTH, GA -- Intecolor Corporation today announced a
29" computer monitor, the newest addition to the company's line of
industrial displays. The monitor was designed using the latest display
technology combined with the rugged features required for industrial
applications. The big screen monitor supports resolutions from VGA up to
1600 x 1280. Features include high bandwidth differential video inputs,
dynamic focus, a unique "VGA boot mode", and a high contrast INVAR shadow
mask CRT.

"Our large screen displays will be of special interest to industrial users
who have wide area viewing requirements. The need for a 29" monitor in
industrial applications has been growing as Windows-type displays become
more pervasive and resolutions continue to increase. We are already seeing
a growing number of applications in training facilities, large control
rooms and in specialized markets such as shipboard control and
telecommunications," stated Chris Rodie, product manager. "As a leader in
20" & 21" monitors in the industrial markets, the 29" is a natural step to
meet the large screen requirements of our customers."

Industrial features include high shock, vibration and temperature
operation. The operating temperature limit of 55 degrees C is the highest
of any industrial monitor on the market as a standard feature. MTBF (mean
time between failure) is over 60,000 hours at 25 degrees C.

"We specifically designed the monitor for optimal performance in harsh
environments," states Rodie. "Ruggedness and reliability are built in at
all levels of the design."

The units, which will be available in the first quarter of 1996, will be
offered in a variety of configurations including: an open frame for
installation in custom consoles, benchtop and suspendable cabinet models.
The 29" monitor is compatible with most PC/AT graphics cards or high-end
graphics engines. In addition to a high quality, reduced distortion
display at high resolutions, the 29" monitor has a boot mode that provides
readable text in the VGA boot-up sequence. Among the many available
options is a high permeability magnetic shield for improved display purity
in shipboard and mobile applications. Pricing starts at $10,000.
