GUILTY OR INNOCENT?
NEWS CORP./MCI ONLINE VENTURES LETS CYBERSPACE DECIDE

New York, New York -- September 29, 1995 -- News Corp./MCI Online Ventures
puts O.J. Simpson's fate in the hands of Cyberspace as users of the global
Internet are invited to sit on a "virtual" jury in the trial of the
century.

News Corp./MCI Online Ventures launches the unique site -- which can be
accessed directly at http://www.delphi.com or through a link at
http://www.internetMCI.com -- as the jury in the case retires to
deliberate in Los Angeles. To help the virtual jurors in their
deliberations, News Corp./MCI Online Ventures is providing a summary of
the evidence presented by the prosecution and defense, including sound
bites from the trial itself. The site also includes a summary of the
instructions put to the real jury by Judge Ito.

Participants are not being asked for their opinion of the case - but to
deliver their judgment according to the evidence and the law, as it has
been defined by the judge.

"We are giving the Net community a chance to vote on exactly the same
questions as those facing the actual jury," said Anthea Disney,
editor-in-chief of News Corp./MCI Online Ventures. "There are lots of
opinion polls being taken. Our objective is to allow the Internet
community to put themselves in the shoes of the actual jurors, and deliver
a considered judgment."

News Corp./MCI Online Ventures, a joint venture between News Corp. and MCI
to launch new Internet-based online services for businesses and consumers,
will provide a wide range of interactive products and services including
original news programming, a comprehensive guide to the Internet, a
variety of games, an engaging online space for children, and a host of
specialized programming developed jointly with News Corp. companies, as
well as with other non-affiliated partners.
