         =====================================================

  10/21/1992

   1) HMHOUSE command line parameters were case sensitive for
some horrible reason. It now doesn't matter.

   2) Deleting your mail in the post office was causing the
system to lock up. This has also been fixed.

   3) HMHOUSE -f and -o was causing Harmony BBS to think that
all the files were erased from all the file bases, even though
this wasn't true, and it could be rectified by running HMHOUSE
-O, the problem has been taken care of.

   4) Batch mail is NO MORE. I found it to be highly
        redundant with the news files.

   5) Chat mode page has been shortened down to about 5
        seconds.

   6) Activity recording was writing a lot of blank lines to the
caller log. This is now fixed.

   7) CHANGE : The message bases and the post office now support the
Squish file format. Because of this, a complete restructuring of
Harmony BBS was needed, hence full installations and reset of
        BBS is required - sorry!

   8) The [K] and [M] commands from within the message base section
have been done away with (due to the new message base format)

   9) Since the post office now also uses the squish format, the mail
directory previously needed is gone. All mail is held in the
system directory under the NETMAIL.SQD and SQI files.

  10) Text searching is available now from any message base. Simply
go to the read message section, and use the new [K] for keyword
search. It has taken the place of the read [s]ince command.

  11) HMHOUSE -U and -UD are gone.

  12) HMHOUSE -S has been added, and will scan all the current file
        bases and alphabetize them.

  11/15/1992

   1) Harmony BBS now automatically places the AREA: kludge into all
        networked message bases.

   2) HMHOUSE now only accepts 1 command line parameter at a time.
There was quite a lot of confusion as to what commands should
        be sent, and when.

   3) Harmony BBS's file transfer section has a new command. The
letter Z now allows the user to scan through the file transfer
section for a specifc text. It will search both file
        descriptions and file names.

  12/1/1992

   1) Fixed a MAJOR bug which was not allowing uploads to be received
properly. Incorporation of new code was making some old things
act incorrectly (like uploads). Sorry to let this slip by.

   2) Fixed a problem with the new Squish message format which was not
allowing a user to properly reply to message in the initial
"Scan for new messages to you?" logon sequence.

   3) Made the Read (To,From,Subject,Keyword) section of Harmony BBS
extremely fast. It was pretty slow on older systems.

   4) Added text highlighting in the read keyword section of Harmony
BBS. Now, the line that contains the text of the word you are
looking for is yellow for ansi viewers.

   5) Took out the addition of the AREA: kludge. Found out the problem
was with Squish v1.0. Updating to version 1.01 of this FINE
program will fix any bad message problems you may be having.
