 Version 4.11
   05/10/93

o Added Support for Reading text files and for viewing archives and text
  files within archives.

o Added support for FILE_ID.DIZ to be used as the description if it exists
  in an archive.

o Added archive type detection by signature to allow self-extracting
  archives to be detected.

 Ŀ
 Version 4.20
   05/12/93

o Added support for pcboard's DLPATH.LST file. I forget FeatherNet uses a
DLPATH.LST file which also includes a security level.

 Ŀ
 Version 4.25
   05/12/93

o Repaired a few problems and cleaned up some un-nice "features".

o Previously, When a file description has been entered and you were
prompted for the directory to move the file to, the only way to
"back-out" was to hit F1 and terminate LOCALUP.
Now you can abort a file's being processed and continue with the next
file by pressing return when asked for a directory number to move a file
  into.

o Replaced the "BEEPS" with a more pleasant "grunting???" sound when LOCALUP
detects a situation which needs attention.

o Added internal ansi driver for lightning fast display writes.

 Ŀ
  Version 4.30
    06/02/93

o Fixed a display problem when printing the directory names and DLPATH
listings to the screen when selecting DIR files and paths to move
  files and descriptions into.

o Fixed a few more annoying display situations at some prompts.

 Ŀ
  Version 4.40
    06/04/93

o Corrected a problem that caused entering of descriptions to be erratic
(at best) when F2 was pressed to view a file or archive when a
description was being entered. This is now working fine.

o Added option to delete the current file. Pressing "Y" deletes it
immediately while any other key cancels the deletion.

o Corrected a display problem when viewing archives and the (V) commands
  was entered again.
