Solar flux was headed down last week, and it should continue toward
a minimum just below 80 around November 17 through 19. The next
peak is expected November 25 to 27 with a flux around 94.

The roughest day last week was on the 6th when the A index was 24
and the K jumped to 6. Recurrent coronal holes should cause more
instability around November 18 through 20 and 25 through 29.

Sunspot Numbers for November 3 through 9 were 53, 41, 46, 46, 23, 33
and 34, with a mean of 39.4. 10.7 cm flux was 87.3, 84, 83.4, 81.1,
82, 80.1 and 78.9, with a mean of 82.4.

The path projection for this week is from Omaha, Nebraska to
Honduras.

80 meters should be open from 2300z to 1300z, peaking from 0200z to
1100z. 40 meters may be open around the clock, with the best period
from 0000z to 1130z. 30 meters looks good at all times as well,
with the best time around 2330z to 1200z. Check 20 meters around
1330z to 1400z and again from 1600z to 0000z. 17 meters should be
open from 1430z to 2230z, and 15 meters from 1500z to 2100z. Check
12 meters from 1600z to 2030z, with the most likely propagation
around 1700z to 1800z. 10 meters may be open on some days from
1630z to 2030z.
