Solar flux was up only a tiny bit last week, averaging 80.2 versus
78.3 the week before. As forecast, the conditions over the weekend
were stormy, with the K index as high as six.

Solar activity should remain low, with solar flux declining to the
low to mid seventies, where it should remain until the middle of
this month. After that it should rise back to about eighty.
Geomagnetic conditions should remain somewhat unsettled.

Sunspot Numbers for November 24 through 30 were 12, 41, 42, 33, 32,
28 and 15, with a mean of 29. 10.7 cm flux was 78.6, 81.5, 83.2,
80.4, 79.7, 79.6 and 78.3, with a mean of 80.2.

The path projection for this week is from Seattle to Uruguay.

80 meters should be good from 0130 to 0830z, and 40 meters from 0000
to 0900. Check 30 meters from 2330 to 0130, but on a few occasions
it may be open another 8 hours. 20 meters should be open from 2130
to 0000, and 17 meters from 1630 to 2230. Check 15 meters from 1730
to 2200, with the best bet around 1930. On some days 12 meters may
be open from 1800 to 2030, and possibly as late as 2230. 10 meters
does not look reliable, but on some occasions it may open between
1800 and 2130.
