ARLP052 Propagation de KT7H

Solar flux was up over the past week by over ten points. Conditions
were stable, but a recurring coronal hole was starting to cause a
disturbance on Thursday. There could be some rough conditions
during the next several days. Conditions are expected to quiet down
over the 19th through the 22nd, but the two days prior to Christmas
could be unstable again.

Solar flux should drop down to around 80 over the next week and stay
there until the first of the year when it should start to creep back
toward the nineties again.

Sunspot Numbers for December 8 through 14 were 38, 51, 57, 85, 82,
67 and 57, with a mean of 62.4. 10.7 cm flux was 81, 86.6, 86.4,
95.2, 99.5, 96.8 and 94.7, with a mean of 91.5.
