* FO-20 NEWS * 
==============
FO-20 was switched back into analog mode on a 14:30z pass of 28-Sep-94,
and it is not known whether it was a result of ground command or not.
The command station announced that the "Mailbox software ran away and 
malfunctioning of UVC (Under Voltage Control) was confirmed by command 
station.  FO-20 will remain in Mode JA until 10 Oct.'94."
