        Dear GLIB member:

Our automatic Internet traffic monitoring utility has noted
that you have apparently exceeded our weekly Internet e-mail "fair
use" level. This happens whenever the total bytes transferred to
and/or from a member during any given week is greater than the two
megabyte limit we consider reasonable for personal Internet mail.

Unfortunately, because we pay by the byte for internet
e-mail service, then give it to you free, it may not be used for
transmission of large binary files or an excessive number of
mailing lists. It's really intended here for occasional
reasonably-sized personal messages between friends.

For large-volume data transfers, we recommend any of several
commercial Internet service vendors in most metropolitan areas.

Apparently you missed the file I've asked folks who use our
free Internet personal mail service to read. It's located in our
Internet files area at QA=*if. It's called "NO-NO.TXT" You might
also want to take a look at some of the other interesting and
useful files there.

Thanks for your consideration and assistance in helping us
continue to offer state-of-the-art services via GLIB at a price we
can all afford.

        Best regards
        Jon
        Sysop, GLIB
