
      While in the edit mode, there are 5 functional "editing"
keys:

      *  The left arrow key moves the cursor to the left.
      *  The right arrow key moves the cursor to the right.
      *  The Backspace key deletes characters.
      *  The "Esc" key enters an escape character directly into
            the record (normally used as an ANSI code prefix).
      *  The Enter key exits the edit mode.
      *  The Home key takes you to the begining of the record.
      *  The End key takes you to the last character in the record.

      To change existing record text, you must cursor to the right
of what you want to delete, then backspace over it.  The edit mode
is ALWAYS in an "insert" mode.  It does not support "typeover".

      Records which contain actual "hot key" characters follow the
same convention as the TBBS language editor.  The physical
position of a record character corresponds to a specific Traficop
function.
