The purpose of this program is to automate the record keeping procedures
for Landlords, Mini-storage owners and Marina managers.

INSTALLATION: Copy all files to any sub-directory. Example: copy *.* \rent
CREATING a sub-directory in MS-DOS  --  Example: MD \rent   PRESS ENTER-KEY

Files statement should be set to 50 or larger.
Buffers statement should be set to 10 or more.

PROGRAM STATUS: FREE, Shareware. Feel free to copy & re-distribute.

Although this is a MS-DOS program, I have included 2 icons for use with
Windows 3.1 or W4W 3.11. These files have the extension .ICO

Once you have copied the files to your directory of choice and unzipped
the zip file AND set your Files= and Buffers= statements you can start
the program by simply typing    keho_20   and pressing your ENTER-KEY.

The program includes HELP FILES.
