                            NUT ROLLS

6 cups flour, 6Tablespoons sugar, 3 sticks margarine(butter), 3 eggs beaten,
2 envelopes dry yeast, 1 & 1/8 cups warm milk, 2 pounds walnuts, 1 LB. Brown
sugar, pinch of salt.

   Dissolve yeast in warm milk. Mix walnuts and brown sugar and divide into
four equal parts (About 2 1/4 cups each). Mix flour , white sugar, salt, and
Margarine in a large bowl. Add yeast dissolved in milk and beaten eggs. Mix
together and form four balls of dough. Roll out each one using a dusting of
flour. Next pour the walnut and brown sugar mixture onto each of the rolled
balls of dough and spread it evenly  covering the rolled dough. Next dab water
around the edges of dough and roll up the dough. Then put the rolls on a
greased cookie sheet and let them rise for 2 hrs. After they have risen baste
each one with milk and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. After removing the
rolls from oven , brush the tops with butter and let them cool.
               MAKES FOUR BIG NUT ROLLS!
