OK.  Well to go along with your spaghetti....
You could make Seafood Fettucini Alfredo.  (or Seafood sauce...whatever)
stick in cocktail shrimp, (I am supposing you also don't have 300 pounds of
halibut in your freezer---that's what I use) or whatever is cheap into a pan
with mushrooms and the like...
In another pan, get some noodles (Wide Egg Noodles work just as well as
fettucini noodles) and boil them.
In a third pan, mix up your sauce.  This sauce is a package.  you use milk
and butter.  If you are concerned about cholestorol, omit the butter or just
use half, it tastes just as good.  (I can't believe it's not butter is pretty
good)
When the noodles get done...drain and mix with the other stuff! Voil!!!
(Seafood could be substitued with chicken or the like.)
