1  12oz can green giant mexi corn
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1  2 1/4 oz can sliced and drained black olives
2 tbls chopped green chilies
2 tbls chopped green onion
3 large green peppers cut in half length

In medium bowl, combine corn, cheese, olives, chilies and green onions; mix
well.
Remove seeds and membranes from green pepper halves.
Spoon corn mixture into each half.
Place each filled pepper half on sheet of heavy duty foil and wrap securely.
Heat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 25 to 35 min or until peppers are crisp
tender.
