this recipe comes from Sweet Inspirations a sugar free cookbook.

1/2 cup margarine
2/3 cup fruit sweetner
1/2 cup non-fat yogurt
2 egg whites
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
dash salt
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice

In a large bowl, cream together margarine, fruit sweetner, and yogurt.
When well blended, beat in egg whites.  Combine dry ingredients separately
and add to batter.  Pour into a 9x9 inch pan which has been sprayed with
non-stick coating.  Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Makes 16 pieces
1 piece = 1 bread, 1/2 fat exchanges
140 calories            6 grams fat
19 grams carb.          140 mg. sodium
3 grams protein          trace of cholesterol
