If you don't have access to the commercial fruit sweetner here is
a substitution.
Formula:
If recipe calls for 1/2 cup fruit sweetner, use 1/2 cup frozen fruit juice
concentrate* plus half as much (1/4 cup) granulated fructose.

If recipe calls for 2/3 cup fruit sweetner, use 2/3 cup frozen fruit
juice concentrate* plus half as much (1/3 cup) granulated fructose.

* use an unsweetened bland juice such as apple juice concentrate, or one
of the dole products: Orchard Peach works well.
Also by using the frozen concentrate and the granulated fructose you may
need to shorten your baking time slightly.
The commercial fruit sweetner acts as a humecant.  this means it keeps
the moisture in the  baked product.
