10 corn tortillas, torn into pieces
1/4 cup milk
1 small onion, cut up
1 clove garlic
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
4 oz can green chilies, seeded, rinsed and chopped
1/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
cooking oil
3 cups chicken or beef broth
1/2 cup light cream
2 tablespoons taco sauce (or to taste)
Cilantro (optional)

Place torillas and milk in blender container; let stand 5 minutes. Add onion, 
garlic, egg, salt and pepper. Cover and blend until mixture is smooth. Turn 
mixture into bowl; fold in chilies and cheese. Shape mixtures into 18 one-inch 
balls using about one teaspoon of mixture for each. Fry tortillas balls in 
1/2" hot oil for 1 1/2 minutes or until lightly browned, turning once. With 
slotted spoon, carefully remove and drain on paper towels; keep warm. In 
saucepan, combine broth, cream and taco sauce. Heat through. Sprinkle with 
cilantro leaves, if desired. Add tortilla balls; serve immediately.....
