2 Pie crust shells
2 tbls margarine
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 large garlic clove minced
1 12oz evaporated milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
6 slightly beaten eggs
2 tbls flour
1 jar drained and chopped pimientos
2 cups chopped cooked broccoli
2 cups shredded swiss cheese
1/2 cup chopped green pepper

Partially bake pie shells at 400 degrees for 6 min.
Reduce heat to 350 degrees
Meanwhile prepare filling in 10 inch skillet over medium heat in hot butter.
Cook green onions with garlic until tender.
In medium bowl with electric mixer of high speed, beat together milk, soup,
eggs, and flour until well mixed.
Stir in onion mixture and pimientos.
Distribute broccoli and cheese evenly among baked pie crusts, carefully
pour filling over broccoli and cheese.
Bake pie on cookie sheet 50 min at 350 degrees or until knife inserted in
middle comes out clean.
Cool 10 to 15 min.
Makes 2 pies.
