Cube some boneless, skinless chicken breasts and dice some onions. Stirfry the
chicken and onions until the chicken is cooked, add some Roger Hong's Stir Fry
sauce, then thicken with corn starch/stirfry sauce mixture. Cover and cook for
another minute, then let sit for a minute and serve over rice.  This is a
slightly sweet dish...if you like hot, or spicy you can add other flavors like
pepper, ginger, garlic, etc.  You can also add chinese veggies like bean
sprouts, bok choy, napa cabbage or julienned carrots, green peppers, etc.
