Just a few healthy tips:

* Instead of drinking store-bought fruit drinks, reduce calories by mixing
  equal parts of sparkling water or seltzer and fresh fruit juices.
* Don't let mood dictate eating habits.  According to a Tufts University
  survey, women rank chocolate as their favorite food to eat when
  depressed.  Men choose ice cream.
* If nothing but chocolate will satisfy a craving, cut your favorite bar
  into bite-size pieces and keep them in the freezer.  One piece will take
  about 10 minutes to thaw in your mouth - and by that time your craving
  may be satisfied.
* If nothing but a rich dessert will do, share it with a friend.
* Frozen meals can be good or bad.  An effective rule of thumb is no more
  than 3 grams of fat per 100 calories of food.
