it seems there is no end to the versatility of Yoshida's Gourmet Sauce...I
marinated both  chicken and spareribs in it yesterday and cooked them out on
the charcoal grill...excellent.  I get it at Price Club or Sam's Club. The
ingredients are:  Soy sauce, sugar, sake, glucose, sweet rice extract, salt,
rice koji lactic acid, water, garlic, spices and (more) salt.  I marinate
steaks about 30 min, chicken for an hour.  The meat stays moist and juicy and
the flavor is subtle and delicious.
