     Practically "Free" Cranberry sauce!

1 pkg. (0.35 oz.) sugar free raspberry gelatin
1 Tblsp unflavored gelatin
1 pkg (12 oz) fresh cranberries, sorted & washed
1/2 tsp.  grated orange peel (optional)

Combine gelatins in a mixing bowl.
Add 1/2 cup cold water to soften and dissolve gelatins. Add 1 cup boiling water
and stir to completely dissolve gelatins.  Set aside.  In a saucepan, bring
cranberries and 1 cup of water to boil, then simmer until skins split and stir
well.  Chill until firm.  Sugar substitutes may be added to taste if a sweeter
cranberry sauce is desired.

Yeild: 4 cups. Serving size 1/2 cup.  Exchanges: 1/2 fruit. Calories:50
