IM#@>is since he's diabetic we've been told no hotdogs. (REad the package,
IM#@>EVERYTHING seems to have corn syrup  in it!) I tried the "Healthy Cjoice"
IM#@>hotdogs and he didn't like them, spit it out. I tried putting a slice of
IM#@>chicken breast on his grilled cheese today and the little snipe chewed the
IM#@>piece of sandwich but when I looked back at his tray all the pieces of chi
IM#@>were still there but the grilled was gone!

Something my daughter will eat <sometimes leaving the bread> is a tuna
melt sandwich.  I toast a bun <hotdog or hamburger, even bread> take a
can of tuna, moisten it with mayonnaise and horseradish <tiny bit of
that>.  You could probably use yogurt since this mixture shouldn't be
creamy, top with cheese and place under the broiler just long enough to
melt cheese.  Autumn loves it.  I would invest in a good food
dehydrator, I have one and make banana chips, potato chips, fruit roll
ups and yogurt.  No added sugar or preservatives, and YOU know what's in
it.  If you would like recipes for those, let me know.  Even beef jerky
can be made in it.  It's easy, not messy <except the roll up can be if
you don't know what you are doing the first time> and wholesome.
