Well, congratulations on your recent weight loss!  Hope you continue to
achieve your goals.

Did you know that you can substitute fatty ingredients for no or low fat ones?
I posted a message like this a while back, so if you already read it, bear
with me.  When making muffins or cakes, applesauce can be substituted for 1/2
the oil.  Evaporated skim milk can be used instead of cream.  Plain yogurt
can be used in place of sour cream.  And of course, always use skim milk
instead of whole milk.  You can almost always cut the oil or butter in half
when sauteeing.  Making a few ingredient changes can turn a fatty dish into a
healthy one!  Just review the list of ingredients, find the fatty ones and
decide if you can delete them or substitute something lower in fat.  Good
