---------- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v7.07

      Title: Peanut Butter Cookies
 Categories: Cookies, Pn butter
   Servings: 36

    1/2 c  Margarine
    1/2 c  Brown sugar, firmly packed
    1/2 c  Sugar
    1/2 c  Peanut butter
      1    Egg
    1/2 ts Vanilla
    1/2 ts Salt
      1 c  Flour

  Cream margarine and peanut butter until well blended. Add both sugars. Beat
  egg slightly and add to sugar mixture. Sift dry ingredients together and
  add to creamy mixture; add more flour if dough is not quite stiff enough.
  Add vanilla. Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet. Press gently with
  sugared fork; this step is important to the flavor of the cookies, as they
  cook more quickly and get a better consistency. Bake at 350 degrees until
  light brown, about 10 minutes.

      Title: Old Fashioned Fudge
 Categories: Candies, Desserts
   Servings: 24

      2 c  Sugar
    2/3 c  Milk
    1/4 ts Salt
      1 ts Vanilla
      2 oz Unsweet. chocolate or
    1/3 c  cocoa
      1 tb Corn syrup
      2 tb Margarine
    1/2 c  Chopped nuts (opt)

  Mix Sugar, Milk, Choc., Corn syrup and salt.  Cookover medium heat
  stirring constantly, til choc. is melted and sugar is dissolved.

  Cook stirring occasionally to 234 degrees (until it forms a soft ball in
  a cold cup of water).  Remove from heat, add vanilla & margarine.  Beat
  vigorous 5 to 10 min. with spoon until candy is thick & no longer glossy
  spread in buttered shallow dish.

      Title: Fudge Brownies

    3/4 c  Cocoa
    1/2 ts Baking soda
    2/3 c  Veg. oil
    1/2 c  Boiling water
    1/4 ts Salt
      2 c  Sugar
      2 c  Eggs
  1 1/3 c  All purpose flour
      1 ts Vanilla

  Stir cocoa & baking soda in mixing bowl blend in 1/3 cup Veg. oil, add
  water, stir until mixture thickens, stir until smooth.  Add flour, vanilla
  & salt, blend completely.  Pour into lightly greased 13x9 baking pan.
  Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 min. cool.

      Title: Creamy Brownie Frosting

      6 tb Butter, softened
      6 tb Cocoa
      2 tb Light corn syrup or honey
      1 ts Vanilla extract
      2 c  Confectioners sugar
      2 tb Milk (add more if needed)

  In a small bowl cream butter, cocoa, corn syrup and vanilla.  Add
  Confectioners sugar and milk.  Beat to spreading consistancy.

  Makes 2 cups of frosting.
