      Title: Bihon
 Categories: Chinese
   Servings:  4

    1/4 c  Cooking oil                         1 ea Bunch Chinese leeks
      1 ea Clove garlic, minced                1 ea Bundle bihon (rice noodles)
      1 ea Onion, minced                       1 ts Salt
      1 c  Boiled pork, sliced                 1 ts M.S.G
      1 sm Cabbage, shredded                   2 ea Pieces Chinese sausage, fry
      1 lg Carrot, cut in strips                    And slice
      2 tb Soy sauce                           3 ea Spring onions, chopped
  1 1/2 c  Broth

  Saute garlic in cooking oil, add onions, pork, carrot and cabbage.  Season
  with soy sauce and fry for 2 minutes.  Add broth and simmer.  Add Chinese
  leeks when vegetables are cooked, mix soaked and drained rice noodles and
  season with salt and MSG.  Garnish with Chinese sausage and spring onions.
  Serve with lemon.
