      Title: Chicken Curry

   Servings: 12

      2 ea 3 1/4 lb. chickens                  3 ea Egg yolks, beaten
      4 c  Chicken stock                            OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS:
      3 md Onions, chopped                          Chopped boiled eggs
      2 ea Apples, minced                           Crisp bacon bits
      8 ea Stalks celery, minced                    Raw or fried onions, chopped
    1/2 c  Cooking oil                              Sweet pepper, chopped
    1/4 c  Curry powder (or to taste)               Coconut, chopped
    1/2 ts Ginger                                   Peanuts, chopped
    1/2 ts Pepper                                   Tomatoes, chopped
    1/4 c  Flour                                    Pineapple, chopped
      2 c  Heavy cream

  Cook and bone chickens.  Combine onion, celery and apples.  Brown lightly.
  Add seasonings and cook for 5 minutes.  Add 4 cups chicken stock and cook
  slowly for 20 minutes.  Thicken with flour, stirring gently.  Add chicken
  and let stand for 3 hours.  Add egg yolks and cream and heat.  Serve over
  rice with your choice of the other ingredients. Let each person add their
  choice of the other ingredients to their taste...
