      Title: Chicken Parmesan On Country Ham
 Categories: Poultry, Meats
   Servings:  6

    1/2 ea Stick butter                        1 ts Salt
      1 ea Clove garlic, minced              1/8 ts Pepper
      1 c  Pepperidge Farm bread crumbs        6 ea Half chicken breasts, boned
      1 c  Parmesan cheese                     6 sm Slices country ham

  Melt butter, add garlic and simmer.  Mix crumbs, cheese and seasonings.
  Dip chicken breasts in butter mixture, roll in cheese and crumbs.  Place
  each chicken breast in foil lined pan on top of a piece of country ham.
  Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour, then 300 degrees for 1/2 hour.  This can
  be prepared the day before and refrigerated until time for baking.
