6 MED. POTATOES, PEELED AND CUT INTO CHUNKS
1 STOCK CELERY, CUT INTO CHUNKS
1 TBS PARSLEY
2 QUARTS CHICKEN STOCK
1 PINT OF CREAM OR 1/2 & 1/2
2 TBS SOUR CREAM
SALT, PEPPER, NUTMEG
2 TEA. WORCHESTERSHIRE SAUCE
SAUTE ONIONS AND BUTTER TILL CLEAR. ADD POTATOES,CELERY, PARSLEY AND STOCK.
SIMMER 30 MINS
PROCESS IN BLENDER UNTIL SMOOTH
PUT BACK IN PAN AND ALL REST OF INGREDIENTS-HEAT AND SERVE.
I SOMETIMES ADD SOME CUBED AND COOKED POTATOES JUST BEFORE SERVING.
