oh poor thing.... grin  heres one for you
Fish Fillet Veronique
2lb. skinless fillets flounder or sole
1-11\2 tsp salt
1\4 tsp nutmeg
1\3 cup flour
3 tbsp oil
3 tbsp butter or margerine
1 1\2 cups small seedless green grapes
1 cup heavy cream

Cut fish into serving sized peices.  Sprinkle with salt and nutmeg.  Coat
lightly with flour.  In large skillet, heat oil and butter until foamy but
not brown.  Add fish.  (do not crowd in pan)  Cook over medium high heat,
turning once, until lightly browned and fish flakes easily with a fork.
Arrange on warm serving platter.  Add grapes to pan and swirl over heat
justuntil grapes are warm and a brighter green color.  Spoon over fish.  Add
cream to drippings in pan and stir over high heat until light golden color;
drizzle over fish and grapes.  Grnish with parsley and slices of lemon; serve
with stuffing.  about 6 servings
