Fruity-swirl Coffeecake
1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
1 C sugar
1/2 C margarine
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 C flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 C milk
1/2 C red raspberry preserves

Combine cream cheese, sugar and margarine, mixing until well blended.  Add
eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.  Blend in vanilla.  Add
combined dry ingredients alternately with milk, mixing well after each
addition.  Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2" baking pan;  dot with
preserves.  Cut through batter with knife several times for marble effect.
Bake at 350 degrees, for 35 minutes.
